The following terms and conditions govern the use of our services that we offer at https://staychatty.impressionpromo.com.au(our “Site”) (“User Agreement”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully. When you use our services, you are deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by the User Agreement, as amended by us from time to time.
We may amend this User Agreement at any time in our discretion by posting the amended terms on our Site. All amended terms will take effect 7 days after they are posted on our Site. You should review this User Agreement from time to time for any amendments. Continued use by you of our services following any amendments to this User Agreement will constitute your acceptance of the new terms and conditions applying to our services.
Additional conditions and policies governing our services are contained in other pages on our Site and will be incorporated into and will form part of this User Agreement.
Cut Off Date
The SPEAK UP! Stay ChatTY online shop #ShortsDayDrop is open for business from 9am Thursday 28 April – 9am Monday 9 May 2022. No orders will be accepted before or after these times due to the nature of the pre-order.
Incorrect Sizing
This website supplies all sizing charts appropriate for the garment that you wish to order. It is imperative that you check the sizing chart BEFORE you submit your order. You will not be given a refund due to incorrect sizing, nor will we be able to exchange the garment due to the custom nature of the garment.
Manufacturing Errors
Impression is not responsible for manufacturing defects as these garments are manufactured by a 3rd party supplier. If there is a defect, please contact SPEAK UP! Stay ChatTY (staychatty@reltas.com.au) immediately, who will liaise with Impression (as distributor) and manufacturer to find a solution.
Change of Mind?
All orders are final, and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded, due to the custom nature of the clothing ordered.
